How it works

  • Processing time: Orders placed by 12:00 pm ET usually ship the same business day from our Florida facility. Orders after 12:00 pm ET ship the next business day.

  • Transit time: Once handed to USPS®, First-Class Mail® typically arrives in 1–5 business days, depending on your distance from Florida and USPS network conditions.

  • Tracking: A USPS tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.

  • Addresses: We ship to residential, business, and PO Boxes, plus APO/FPO/DPO.

Notes & Exceptions

  • Delivery windows are estimates provided by USPS® and aren’t guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can affect timing.

  • Orders with multiple items may arrive in more than one package.

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office.
